Venezia


Italian Serie A football club Venezia’s recent promotion to the top flight of Italian football, as well as a major collaboration with Nocta, prompted an operational makeover for their apparel arm. As Is consulted on and built a purchasing model, manufacturing timeline, and organized the various merch lines for the club’s use, creating a framework for their design approach, and establishing a consistent metric-led approach to their buying process.
